Our UF company will sell freshly made West African puff-puff together with homemade zobo drink. Puff-puff is a soft, sweet fried dough snack, while zobo is a refreshing hibiscus-based drink with fruity and slightly tangy flavours. We want to introduce these traditional Nigerian products to a wider Swedish audience and offer customers something different from common snacks and drinks.
Our target customers are mainly students, young people and anyone interested in trying new foods and flavours. We will focus on good quality, affordable prices, attractive presentation and a friendly customer experience. Through our business, we aim to share a part of West African culture while creating an exciting and profitable UF company.
